Saboteur

Saboteur is an upcoming graphic novel written by Martin Renard and published by Black Cat Studio, a Buenos Aires based publisher. Batman meets Steampunk is an easy way to describe this story in which Saboteur and his sidekick Andre must save 19th century France from total destruction at the hands of an evil lodge! Drawing this story was a great opportunity to explore minimalist color palettes to evoke a particular mood in each of the setpieces that constitute each issue. For the printed edition, an additional 15 page short prequel (revolving around Saboteur meeting HP Lovecraft!) was created.
